This half automatic system bonds (temporary/finally) ACF laminated glass panels and TCP or FPC, supplied by an operator after manual alignment as he checks terminals on the monitor display.
Features
Two-sectioned rotary table makes the operations efficient; the equipment bonds works as an operator aligns works.
Models can be changed easily by adjusting the work guide on the panel vacuum table. Data registration is available for 20 models.
Alignment work and check on temporary bonding are available with an enlarged image relayed from the lower camera on the display (2 points on both sides).
