Takes a glass panel out of a tray on the loader and automatically connects terminals with contact pins at the inspection part. P&P robot transfers the panel to a tray on the un-loader or the discharge conveyor according to the result of light inspection and visual inspection by an operator.

Conveying 2 glass panels simultaneously, this system enables inspecting 2 pieces at the same time. The image processing system detects an alignment mark on a panel and connects the terminal with the contact pins adjusting the position. This system forms a line and consists of loader, main part, and un-loader.
